When ordering custom pieces please follow these steps to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
1. Choose the customizable options for item you purchase, the description in the drop down will tell you.
2. Leave a short description of your custom text, color, etc. in the 'Notes or instructions' section during checkout.
3. We will email a mockup for you to review before the full order is produced. Be sure to check your email and provide feedback on the mockup within the stated time, and any necessary adjustments will be made.
4. Once the design is approved, production begins. The pieces will be inspected for quality and accuracy. A tracking number will be emailed upon shipping.

- Lead Time: Be aware of the lead time required for production, especially for large or complex orders. See item decription for details.
- Start the process early to allow ample time for design, production, and any potential revisions. This will ensure Holiday and Birthday gifts arive on time!
- Please note that different types of wood have different characteristics and appearances. It is to be expected that custom pieces will not look exactly like the online sample.
- For pieces incorporating resin, some bubbles may be visible.
